QuoteWise is designed to work without requiring an account, login, or any personally identifiable information. Here is what we collect:

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

• Your selected quote topics, mood preferences, and personalization settings
• Favorite and saved quotes
• Language preference (English or Spanish)
• Notification scheduling preferences
• Widget configuration

This data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage and is never transmitted to our servers.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to QuoteWise Premium, the purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment details such as credit card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID credentials. We only receive an anonymous confirmation of your subscription status to unlock premium features.

Analytics & Diagnostics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the App's performance and user experience. This data cannot be used to personally identify you and may include crash reports, general usage patterns, and device type information. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

We want to be transparent about what we do not do:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number
• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not track your precise or approximate location
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
• We do not collect or store any health or biometric data
• We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other apps
• We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties

The limited information described above is used exclusively to:

• Deliver personalized quotes based on your selected topics, moods, and preferences
• Display quotes in your home screen widgets
• Send local notifications at times you choose
• Restore your subscription status after reinstalling the App
• Improve app stability and fix bugs through anonymous crash reporting

QuoteWise integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store & StoreKit — Processes in-app subscriptions. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — Manages subscription status and entitlements using anonymous app user IDs. No personally identifiable information is shared. Governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or third-party analytics platforms that collect personal data.

Since your preferences and data are stored locally on your device, you have full control over them at all times. You can:

• Reset your preferences within the App's settings
• Delete all App data by uninstalling QuoteWise from your device
• Manage your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings

We do not retain any personal data on external servers. When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

QuoteWise is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the App does not collect personal data from any user, children's privacy is inherently protected.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard the limited data associated with the App. All subscription processing is handled securely through Apple's infrastructure. Local data on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and device passcode.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Since QuoteWise does not collect or store personal data on external servers, most of these rights are automatically fulfilled by our privacy-first design.
